The TMP275 is a 0.5°C accuracy, two-wire, serial output temperature sensor that can be used in MSOP-8 or SO-8 packages. The TMP275 is capable of reading with a temperature resolution of 0.0625°C

The TMP275 is SMBus-compatible and can be implemented with 8 devices on a single bus. It is ideal for a wide range of extended temperature measurements in communications, computer, consumer, environmental, industrial, and instrumentation applications.

The TMP275 is specified to operate at a temperature range of -40°C with a temperature range of 125°C
