Product Introduction

The TMP411-Q1 is a remote temperature sensor monitoring with built-in local temperature sensor. Remote temperature sensor diodes are typically low-cost, NPN - or PNP type transistors or diodes that are part of a microcontroller, microprocessor, or FPGA.

Remote accuracy of ± 1°C from multiple IC manufacturers without the need for calibration. The two-wire serial interface accepts SMBus write-byte, read-byte, send byte and receive byte commands for programming alarm thresholds and read temperature data.

This is in the TMP411, and the features included in the first quarter are: series resistor cancellation, programmable non-ideal factors, programmable resolution, programmable threshold limits, minimum and maximum temperature displays, wide remote temperature measurement range (up to +150°C), diode fault detection and temperature alarm functions.
