The TPA0172 is a stereo 24-pin TSSOP package thermally enhanced audio power amplifier that provides continuous RMS with the capability to power four x 2 watts per channel -Load. The device adopts I^{2 C}The bus controls its function, minimizing the number of external components required, simplifying design, and freeing up board space for other functions. When driving to 8 1 watts -Speakers that TPA0172 have been below 0.2% THD+N from 20 Hz to 20 kHz.

Included in the device is integrated depop circuitry that virtually eliminates transients caused by electrical noise, shutting down the speaker while transitioning and exiting shutdown modes.
