The TPA2005D1 is a 1.4 W high-efficiency filterless Class D audio power amplifier in a QFN or MSOP package that requires only three external components.

Features such as 84%, 71-dB PSRR at 217 Hz, improved RF rectification immunity and 15 square mm PCB area make mobile phone TPA2005D1 ideal choice. A fast start-up time of 9 milliseconds with minimal prevalence makes it ideal for TPA2005D1 PDA applications.

TPA2005D1 can be driven separately on cellular, handset, speakerphone, and melodic ringtone. The device also allows for 48μV RMS independent gain control of signal summing from each function while minimizing noise only.
