The TPA2014D1 is a high-efficiency Class D audio power amplifier with an integrated boost converter. It can drive up to 1.5 watts (10% THD+N) from 8Ω to 3.6 V power loudspeakers. With a typical efficiency of 85%, TPA2014D1 helps extend battery life when playing audio.

The built-in boost converter produces a higher voltage rail for Class D amplifiers. This provides a louder audio output than a standalone amplifier connected directly to a battery. It also maintains a consistent loudness, regardless of battery voltage. In addition, boost converters can be used to provide external devices.

The TPA2014D1 features an integrated low-pass filter that improves RF rejection and reduces out-of-band noise for an improved signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the signal.
