The TPA2018D1 is a single, filterless Class D volume control, dynamic range compression (DRC) and automatic gain control (AGC) audio power amplifier. It is available in a 1.63mm × 1.63mm WCSP package.

The TPA2018D1 function of the DRC/Automatic Gain Control function is via a programmable digital I²C interface. The DRC/AGC feature can be configured to automatically prevent distortion of the audio signal and strengthen calm channels which are usually not heard of. DRC/Automatic Gain Control can also be configured to protect the dynamic range of damaged speakers at high power levels and compress music to match the dynamic range of speakers. The gain can be selected from -28 dB to +30 dB in 1-dB steps. Driving the TPA2018D1 is 5 V with a voltage of 3 watts 4 In load or 880 3 MW.
