The TPA2032D1 (2V/V gain), TPA2033D1 (3V/V gain), and TPA2034D1 (4V/V gain) are 2.75-W high efficiency filterless Class D audio power amplifiers, each approximately 1.5 mm × 1.5 mm wafer-scale package (WCSP), requiring only one external component. This pin is the same as TPA2010D1, except for the external gain setting of the input resistance required for TPA2010D1, which is divided into fixed gain TPA203xD1 families, and is the same as the TPA203xD1 family.

Features such as -75dB PSRR and a very small PCB package (WCSP package amplifier plus single decoupling capacitor) improve RF rectification immunity ideal for the TPA203xD1 family on wireless handheld devices. The fast start-up time of 3.2 ms with minimal popularity makes the TPA203xD1 family ideal for PDA applications.
