The TPA2035D1 is a 2.75-W high-efficiency filterless Class D audio power amplifier (WCSP package) in approximately 1.5 mm × 1.5 mm wafer-level package (WCSP package) that requires only one external component. The pin is the same TPA2010D1 (SLOS417) except for the external gain setting TPA2010D1 the required input resistor is to integrate the fixed gain TPA2035D1.

Features such as -75dB PSRR and a smaller PCB package (WCSP package amplifier plus single decoupling capacitor) improve RF rectification immunity and make it ideal for wireless handsets TPA2035D1. The fast start-up time of 3.2 ms with minimal prevalence makes it ideal for TPA2035D1 PDA applications.
