The TPA2037D1 is a 3.2 W high-efficiency filterless Class D audio power amplifier in a 6×1.16 mm 1.21 mm wafer chip scale package (WCSP) fixed gain decibels (Class D amplifier). The unit requires only one external element.

The 95% efficiency features, quiescent current of 1.5 mA, shutdown current of 0.1 microamps, 81 dB supply rejection ratio, 20μV output noise, and improved immunity make RF ideal for mobile phones TPA2037D1 Class D amplifiers. A start-up time of 4 milliseconds and a silent pop make it ideal for TPA2037D1 PDA and smartphone applications.
