The TPA2039D1 is a 3.2 W high-efficiency filterless Class D audio power amplifier with a fixed gain of 12 dB (Class D amplifier) in a tiny 1.21 mm × 1.16 mm wafer-chip package (WCSP). The unit requires only one external element.

Features such as 93% efficiency, 1.5 millimeter quiet state current, 0.1 microampere shutdown current, 82 dB PSRR, 27μV output noise and improved immunity make RF ideal for mobile phone TPA2039D1 Class D amplifiers. With a fast start-up time of 4 milliseconds, the silent pop makes it ideal for TPA2039D1 PDA and smartphone applications.
