The TPA3001D1 (sometimes referred to as TPA3001) is a 20-watt mono bridge-load (BTL) Class D audio power amplifier (Class D amplifier) with high efficiency, eliminating the need for heatsinks. The TPA3001D1 can drive 4 –or 8 -Only one ferrite bead filter horn requires reduced electromagnetic interference.

The amplifier's gain control is controlled by two inputs, GAIN1 and GAIN0. This makes the amplifier available in a 12-year, 18-gain, 23.6, or 36 dB configuration. The differential input stage provides high common-mode rejection and improved power rejection.

The amplifier also includes a depop circuit that reduces the amount of electricity and is popular when cycling shuts down.

The TPA3001D1 (TPA3001) is in a 24-pin thermally enhanced TSSOP package (Works), which eliminates the need for external heat sink supply.
