该TPIC2603是单片低侧驱动器提供串行接口和诊断，以控制六板上电源DMOS开关。 每个通道都有独立的关断状态开路负载感，对国家shorted-load/short-to-battery保护，过电池电压闭锁保护，过温感与故障状态通过串行接口报告。 该器件还提供了电感式电压为每个漏输出瞬态保护。 该TPIC2603驱动器，如继电器，阀门，灯电感和电阻性负载。
