The TPIC44H01 is a quad high-side pre-FET driver that provides serial or parallel input interfaces to control four external NMOS power FETs. It is designed for frequency of use in applications with low switching resistance or inductive loads, including solenoid valves and incandescent bulbs.

Each channel has overcurrent, short-to-ground, open-load detection flags are distinguished by foreign language pins and by serial interfaces. The overcurrent threshold setting passes_{V（PK_x）}and_{V（COMP1 - 4）}Pins. The short-term-to-ground and open-circuit load threshold settings are set internally by a AR_ENBL pin of about 2.5 V that is used to define the operation of the device during fault conditions so that the output either latches off or enters a low duty cycle, autoretry mode.
