TPIC74100-Q1 Automotive Boost/Buck Switch Mode Regulator

The TPIC74100-Q1 is an integrated switch-switching switch-mode regulator with voltage mode control. With the help of external components (LC combination), the device is regulated to a wide input voltage range of 5 V ± 3% output.

The TPIC74100-Q1's reset function provides detection and indication when the 5 V output iron is outside the specified tolerance. This is a programmable reset delay using an external time in the off-market terminal capacitor. In addition, when the alarm (A) function is activated, the input rail V driver is lower than a specified pre-division value (set a terminal.

The TPIC74100-Q1 features a frequency modulation scheme to reduce electromagnetic interference. The switching frequency modulation allowed by the clock modulator reduces the frequency band interference energy.
