The TPS1100 is a single-P-channel enhanced MOSFET. The device is optimized for 3 V or 5 V battery-powered systems to be distributed by means of the Texas Instruments LinBiCMM process. While the largest VGS (times)-1.5 V and only 0.5 microamps of intelligent decision support systems are ideal TPS1100 high side low voltage, portable battery management systems are a major problem in switching to extend battery life. The low RDS(ON) and excellent ac characteristics (typical rise time of 10 nanoseconds) make TPS1100 ideal for power switching applications for low voltage switches such as pulse width modulation (PWM) controllers or motor/bridge drives.

Ultra-thin films, whose smaller volume shrinks and reduce the P-channel MOSFETs in small packages or TSSOP (PW) versions elsewhere cannot fit at height.
