illustrate   TPS2300 and TPS2301 are dual-channel hot-swappable controllers that use external N-channel power applications such as high-side-switched MOSFETs. These device features, such as overcurrent protection (OCP), inrush current control, output power status reporting, and the ability to differentiate between load transients and faults, are key requirements for hot-swappable applications. The TPS2300/01 device has undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and good power supply (PG) reports to ensure that the device is off and confirms the status of the output voltage rail during operation. Each internal charge pump is capable of driving multiple MOSFETs, providing sufficient gate drive voltage to maximize the N-channel MOSFET.
