TPS2832 and TPS2833 are synchronous step-down power-stage MOSFET drivers. These devices are designed to be ideal for a high-performance switching power controller without a MOSFET driver. The driver is designed to provide a peak current of 2.4 to a large capacitive load. The high-side driver can be configured as a ground reference driver or as a floating bootstrap. The adaptive dead-time control circuitry eliminates the current during conversion through the main power FET switch and provides a high-efficiency step-down regulator.

The TPS2832 has a in-phase input. The TPS2833 has an inverting input. The TPS2832/33 driver, 8-terminal SOIC package, operates in a junction temperature range of \x9640°C to 125°C
