• Product Introduction

TPS2834 and TPS2835 are synchronous step-down powerstage MOSFET drivers. These devices are ideal for designing high-performance power supplies with switching controllers that do not include on-chip MOSFET drivers. The driver is designed to provide peak current to a large capacitive load of at least 2 people. High-side drives can be configured as ground reference or floating guide. The adaptive dead-time control circuitry eliminates the current during conversion through the main power FET switch and provides a high-efficiency step-down regulator. TPS2834 and TPS2835 have additional control functions: enable, synchronized, crowbar. The two high-side and low-side drivers are enabled to low when turned off.
