• Product Introduction

TPS2836 and TPS2837 are synchronous step-down power-stage MOSFET drivers. These devices are designed to be ideal for a high-performance switching power controller without a MOSFET driver. The driver is designed to provide peak current to a large capacitive load of at least 2 people. High-side drives can be configured as ground reference or floating guide. The adaptive dead-time control circuitry eliminates the current during conversion through the main power FET switch and provides a high-efficiency step-down regulator.

The TPS2836 has a in-phase input, while TPS2837 has an inverting input. These drivers, in an 8-terminal SOIC package, operate at -40°C with a junction temperature range of 125°C
