illustrate   The DC-to-DC controllers TPS4002x series are designed for non-isolated synchronous buck regulators that provide flexibility in operation and design with user-programmable enhancements. The TPS4002x uses proprietary predictive gate drive ™ technology to minimize diode conduction and transition-related losses in high-side and synchronous rectifier N-channel MOSFETs. The boost circuit with integrated charge pump provides a regulated 5-V gate drive for two high-end and synchronous rectified N-channel MOSFETs. This predictive gate lane ™ technology combined with charge pump use/boost circuitry provides an efficient, smaller, and cheaper converter.
