The TPS40132 is a two-phase synchronous buck controller optimized for low output voltages, from 1 to V and 40 V to a multiphase converter powered by high output current applications offering a single power level above several advantages, including low ripple current in input and output capacitance, faster transient response to load steps, improved power handling capability and higher system efficiency.

Each stage can be maintained at switching frequencies up to 1MHz, generating megahertz at an effective input and output ripple frequency of up to 2. The two stages of work are 180 degrees out of phase.
