TPS51020 Dual DDR optional synchronous buck controller

The TPS51020 is a versatile dual synchronous buck controller that powers the notebook system. The device is designed for high-performance, high-efficiency applications where the losses associated with the current sense resistor are unacceptable. The TPS51020 uses a feedforward voltage control mode to achieve high efficiency without sacrificing line response. High efficiency can be maintained under light load conditions and by incorporating autoskip operation. An optional, suspended RAM (STR) supported demobilization option provides all switching applications from 5-V/3.3-V to a complete DDR termination solution, one chip solution.
