TPS51113 TPS51163 is a cost-optimized, feature-rich, single-channel synchronous buck controller that uses a single 4.5 V to 13.2 V supply and can be converted to as low as 1.5 input voltage V

The controller implements a fixed voltage mode control of 300 kilohertz (TPS51113) and 600 kilohertz (TPS51163) switching frequencies. Overcurrent (OC) protection employs low-end R DS(ON) current sensing with user-programmable thresholds. The threshold is set by the owner's corporation from the LDRV_OC pin ground resistor. The resistance value is read when the overcurrent programming circuit is suitable for the start-up sequence calibration phase of the current of 10 microamperes LDRV_OC pin.

Pre-bias boot of the output TPS51113/TPS51163 is also supported.
