4.5V to 13.2V synchronous buck controller with high-current gate driver at 600kHz

Explanation   TPS51113 and TPS51163 are cost-optimized, feature-rich, single-channel synchronous buck controllers using a single 4.5V to 13.2V power supply, convertible to input voltage as low as 1.5V This controller achieves voltage mode control with fixed switching frequencies of 300 kHz (TPS51113) and 600 kHz (TPS51163). Overcurrent (OC) protection uses a low-end R DS(ON) current sensing with user-programmable thresholds. The threshold for owners' corporations is determined by grounding resistors from the LDRV_OC pin. When reading the resistance value, the overcurrent programming circuit is suitable for the startup sequence calibration stage LDRV_OC pins during processes with a current of 10 microamps.
