The TPS5124 are two independent high efficiency synchronous buck controllers. It supports low-voltage/high-current power applications using a 5 V or 12 V bus voltage. Since both TPS5124 controllers operate 180 degrees of inverting, input current ripple is minimized, resulting in smaller input capacitance and lower power supply costs.

Current protection circuitry detects the opposite high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, which is drain-to-source voltage drop.
