Three-way synchronous buck controller with LDO controller

illustrate   The TPS5130 consists of three independent synchronous buck regulator controllers (SBRCs) and one low dropout (LDO) regulator controllers. On-chip high-side and low-side synchronous rectifier drivers are integrated into the driver's cheaper N-channel MOSFETs. The LDO controller can also drive an external N-channel MOSFET. Operating 180 degrees of phase minimization due to input current ripple, it allows for smaller input capacitance to reduce power supply costs. The TPS5130 SBRC automatically adjusts the skip mode from PWM mode to maintain high efficiency under light load conditions.
