The TPS51315 is D-D ™ mode, 10A, synchronous switching of integrated MOSFETs. It is designed for ease of use, a small number of external components, and a small package powertrain. Wide switching frequency programming for optimal efficiency and external component size allows for external resistors. ð - The second ™ mode allows for a small number of external components with a fast transient response. The TPS51315 is available in thermally efficient, 40-pin QFN 5 mm × 7 mm packages at -40°C to 85°C
