TPS51461 3.3V to 5V input, 6A, D-CAP+ mode synchronous buck converter with 2-bit VID

The TPS51461 is a fully integrated synchronous buck regulator with D-No. +™. It is used for step-down up to 5-V where the size of the system is a must for its quality, performance and optimized BOM.

The device fully supports Intel system integration 2-bit VID function proxy application.

The TPS51461 also features two switching frequency settings (700 kHz and 1 MHz), skip cycle mode, pre-bias start, programmable external capacitor soft-start time/voltage transition time, output discharge, internal VBST switch, 2 V reference (± 1%), power supply is good and enabled.

The TPS51461 is available in a 4 mm × 4 mm, 24-pin QFN package (RoHS compliant, green lead-free) from 0°C to 85°C
