The TPS51511 is a 350 kHz D-D mode with a 2, synchronous switching, source only low dropout (LDO) regulator. It is a power system specifically designed for GPU applications with low cost/low noise/low number of external components. The integrated OD buck switching controller supports dynamic output voltage variations. The current mode option for synchronous buck converters can support applications with pure output ceramic capacitors. Open the LDO power supply signal can pass through the OD pin when required. The TPS51511 is available in a thermally enhanced 20-pin QFN package and ranges from -40°C to 85°C
