The TPS51611 is a fully IMVP-6.5 compliant synchronous buck controller for single-phase integrated gate drivers. Advanced control features such as D-D + ™ architecture and OSR overshoot reduction provide fast transient response, lowest output capacitance and high efficiency. The TPS51611 supports Intel Mobile CPU and integrated graphics, integrated 7-bit Calpella platform DAC mode. The TPS51611 provides full IMVP-6.5 I/O, including VR_TT, DPRSLPVR, and IMON. Adjustable controlled slew rate and V-core-6.5 voltage positioning complete the IMVP. In addition, the TPS51611 includes two high-current MOSFET gate drivers to drive external FETs with low switching losses.
