TPS51611 Single-phase D-CAP+ ™ mode buck controller for IMVP6.5™ CPU/GPU Vcore

The TPS51611 is a fully IMVP-6.5 compliant single-phase integrated gate driver synchronous buck controller. Advanced control features such as D-Line+ ™ architecture and OSR overshoot reduction provide fast transient response, lowest output capacitance, and high efficiency. The TPS51611 supports Intel mobile CPU and integrated graphics, integrated 7-bit Calpella platform DAC mode. The TPS51611 provides full IMVP-6.5 I/O includedVR_TT,DPRSLPVR,and IMON. Adjustable control of slew rate and Vcore- 6.5 voltage positioning function, complete IMVP. In addition, the TPS51611 includes two high current MOSFET gate drivers to drive external FET switching with low losses.
