TPS53129 Dual synchronous buck controller for low-voltage power rails

The TPS53129 is a dual-channel, D-CAP2™ mode synchronous buck controller with adaptive turn-on time. This TPS53129 ensures that system designers complete regulated power bus kits for a wide range of end devices with cost-effective, low component count, and low standby current solutions. D-CAP2™ mode control for TPS53129 main control cycle provides a very fast transient response without the need for external components. The TPS53129 also has a circuit that allows the device to accommodate two low-equivalent series resistors (ESR) output capacitors, such as POSCAP or SP-CAP ceramic capacitors with ultra-low ESR. Fixed-frequency emulation adaptive on-time control supports efficient and seamless operation under heavy load conditions, reducing operating frequency between PWM modes in the range of light loads to milliamps.
