TPS54233 3.5V to 28V input, 2A, 1MHz buck converter with Eco-mode

The TPS54233 is a 28-volt, 2 asynchronous buck converter that integrates a low-R DS (day) high-side MOSFET. To improve efficiency with light loads, the Pulse Jump Eco Mode ™ function is automatically activated. In addition, the 1μA shutdown supply current makes the device a battery-powered application. Internal slope compensation current mode control simplifies external compensation calculations, reducing the number of components while allowing the use of ceramic output capacitors. The input undervoltage latching hysteresis of a resistor divider scheme. The transient overvoltage protection circuitry limits the start-up and transient overshoot voltage conditions. According to the planned cycle current limit, frequency foldback and thermal shutdown protection device and load overload in the cycle.
