(1) Meet JEDEC standards and industry standards according to component qualifications to ensure reliable operating temperature range is extended. This includes, but is not limited to, high acceleration stress test (Zhang Bingliang said) or bias 85/85, temperature cycle, Zhang Bingliang said: pot or unbiased, electricity, bond between life, composite mold life. This qualification test should not be seen as a legitimate restriction on the use of the environment to specify the performance and exceeding of the component.

Description/Ordering Information
Thanks to the members of SWIFT's ™ DC/DC regulator family, TPS54311, TPS54312, TPS54313, TPS54314, TPS54315 and TPS54316 low input voltage high output current synchronous step-down PWM converters integrate all the required active ingredients. Included in the listed features with the substrate is a true, high-performance, voltage-error amplifier that provides high performance under transient conditions; One undervoltage latching circuit to prevent start-up until the input voltage reaches 3 volts; An internal and external slow-setting start-up circuitry to limit inrush current, and a power-good output processor/logic reset is useful, fault signal, and power sequencing.
The TPS54311, TPS54312, TPS54313, TPS54314, TPS54315, and TPS54316 devices feature a thermally enhanced 20-pin TSSOP (Public Works) PowerPAD™ package, eliminating the need for bulky heatsink offerings. Texas Instruments offers evaluation modules and SWIFT Designer software tools to help quickly implement high-performance power supply designs to meet aggressive device development cycles.
