The TPS54318 device is a full-featured 6V, 3A, down-current mode synchronous buck converter and two integrated MOSFETs.

The integrated TPS54318 enables the small design of the MOSFET to implement current-mode control to reduce external component count, reduce the inductor size of switching frequencies up to 2 MHz, and minimize the footprint of a small 3mm x 3mm thermally enhanced QFN package IC.

The TPS54318 provides a reference with temperature_（）VREF precisely regulates various loads to an accurate ± 1% voltage.

Efficiency is maximized by the integrated 30 meters MOSFETs and power consumption 350μA typical supply current. Using the Enable pin, the shutdown supply current is reduced to 2 microamps into a shutdown mode.
