The TPS54319 device is a full-featured 6-volt, 3A, downcurrent-mode synchronous buck converter and two integrated MOSFETs.

The small design of the MOSFET is made small by integrating TPS54319 to implement current mode control to reduce the number of external components, reduce the inductor size of switching frequencies up to 2 MHz, and minimize the footprint of a small 3mm × 3mm thermally enhanced QFN package integrated circuit.

The TPS54319 provides an accurate ± of 3.0% Reference Voltage (VREF) temperature over load for a variety of precise adjustments.

Efficiency is maximized through an integrated 45 meters MOSFET and 360μA typical supply current. Using the Enable pin, the shutdown current is reduced to 2 microamps of input in one shutdown mode.
