The TPS54319 device is a full-featured 6V, 3A, down-current mode synchronous buck converter and two integrated MOSFETs.

The integrated TPS54319 enables the small design of the MOSFET to implement current mode control to reduce external component count, reduce the inductor size of switching frequencies up to 2 MHz, and minimize the footprint of a small 3mm × 3mm thermally enhanced QFN package IC.

The TPS54319 provides an accurate ± 3.0% reference voltage (VREF) for temperature overrun with a variety of precise adjustments.

Efficiency is maximized by the integrated 45 meters MOSFETs and 360μA typical supply current. Using the Enable pin, the shutdown supply current is reduced to 2 microamps into a shutdown mode.
