The TPS5435x is a medium output current synchronous buck PWM converter with integrated high-side MOSFETs and an optional low-side gate to drive external MOSFETs. Features include a high-performance voltage error amplifier capable of maximum efficiency under transient conditions. The TPS5435x has an undervoltage latching circuit that prevents start-up until the input voltage reaches a predetermined value; Internal slow-start circuitry to limit inrush current, and a power good output indicates valid output conditions. The synchronization function is not configured as input or output to facilitate 180° out-of-phase synchronization.

The TPS5435x device is available in a thermally enhanced 16-pin TSSOP (Public Service) PowerPAD™ package.
