The TPS5435x is a medium-sized output current synchronous step-down PWM converter with an integrated high-side MOSFET and an optional low-side gate drive external MOSFET. Features include a high-performance voltage error amplifier for maximum performance under transient conditions. The TPS5435x has an undervoltage latch circuit that prevents start-up until the input voltage reaches a predetermined value; Internal slow-start circuitry to limit inrush current, as well as a power supply good output to indicate effective output conditions. The synchronization function is not configured as an input or output to facilitate 180° out-of-phase synchronization.

The TPS5435x device features a thermally enhanced 16-pin TSSOP (Works) PowerPAD™ package.
