The TPS54362 is a down-stage switching power supply with a voltage supervisor. The integrated input voltage feeder line topology improves transient regulation of voltage mode buck regulators. The regulator has a cycle-by-cycle current limit. A pulse-skipping mode operates with no-load supply current reduced to 65μA. Using the enable pin, the power supply shutdown current is reduced to 1μA.

An open-drain reset signal indicates when the output falls below a nominal threshold set by an external resistor divider network. The up-ramp output voltage start-up is made by a soft-start capacitor. There is an internal undervoltage shutdown which is activated when the input voltage ramp drops to 2.
