The TPS54618 device is a full-featured 6-five-, six-one, down-current mode synchronous buck converter and two integrated MOSFETs.

The integrated TPS54618 enables the small design of the MOSFET to implement current-mode control to reduce external component count, reduce the inductor size of switching frequencies up to 2 MHz, and minimize the footprint of a small 3 mm × 3 mm thermally enhanced QFN package IC.

The TPS54618 provides an accurate ± 1% voltage reference (VREF) that precisely regulates various loads with temperature.

Maximize efficiency by integrating 12 million MOSFETs and 515μA typical supply current. Using the Enable pin, the shutdown supply current is reduced to 5.
