illustrate   The TPS54620 in a thermally enhanced 3.5mm x 3.5mm QFN package is a full-featured, 17V, 6A synchronous buck converter optimized for high-efficiency, miniaturized designs with integrated high- and low-side MOSFETs. Space savings are further achieved by reducing the number of components through current mode control and reducing the inductor footprint by selecting a higher switching frequency. The output voltage start slash rise is controlled by the SS/TR pin, and its operation supports both independent power supply mode and tracking mode. Power sequencing is achieved by properly configuring the Enable pin and the open drain power good pin. The cycle-by-cycle current limit of the high-side FET can protect the device from damage in the event of overload; The low source current limit to prevent current runaway enhances the cycle-by-cycle current limit of the high edge FET.
