Thanks to SWIFT's ™ DC/DC regulator family members, TPS54810 low input voltage high output current synchronous step-down PWM converters integrate all the required active ingredients. Included in the listed features with the substrate is a true, high-performance, voltage-error amplifier capable of selecting output filtered inductor and capacitor components in transient conditions and maximum flexibility; One secondary voltage latches the circuit to prevent start-up until the input voltage reaches 3.8 volts; An internal or external setup of slow start circuitry to limit inrush current, and a power supply good output processor/logic reset is useful, fault signal and power supply sequencing.

The TPS54810 is to package the PowerPAD™ with a thermally enhanced 28-pin TSSOP (Public Works), eliminating bulky heat sinks.
