TPS60110 Regulated 5V High Power Low Noise Charging Pump DC/DC Converter

The TPS60110 boost, regulated charge pump produces an output voltage from 2.7-V to 5-V ± 4% of the output voltage is 5.4 V input voltage (tri-alkaline, nickel-cadmium, nickel-metal hydride or, or, a lithium or lithium-ion battery). The output current is 3 300 V input current. Only 4 external capacitors are required to build a complete low-noise DC/DC converter. The push-pull two-ended single-ended charge pump operating mode ensures that low output voltage ripple is continuously transferred to the output for flow. From the 3 V input, TPS60110 can begin to enter loads as low as 16 Ω at full load.

The main feature of the TPS60110 is that there is a fixed frequency mode to reduce noise and output voltage ripple or a power-saving pulse jump mode at light loads and extend battery life.
