The TPS60111 boost, regulated charge pump produces 5 V ± 4%, from 2.7 V output voltage to 5.4 V input voltage (trialkaline, nickel-cadmium, nickel-metal hydride or, or, one lithium or lithium-ion battery). The output current is 150 from 3 V input current. Only 4 external capacitors are required to build a complete low-noise DC/DC converter. The push-pull two-ended single-ended charge pump operating mode ensures that low output voltage ripple is continuously transferred to the output for flow. From the 3 V input, TPS60111 can begin to enter full load with a load as low as 33Ω.

The main feature of the TPS60111 is that there is a fixed frequency mode to reduce noise and output voltage ripple or a power-saving pulse skip mode at light loads and extend battery life.
