The TPS6013x boost, regulated charge pump produces an output voltage from 2.7-V to 5-V ± 4% of the output voltage is 5.4 V input voltage (tri-alkaline, nickel-cadmium, nickel-metal hydride battery or one or lithium or lithium battery). The output current is 300 mA TPS60130/TPS60131 and the TPS60132 is 150/TPS60133, input all mA from 3 V. Only 4 external capacitors are required to build a complete high-efficiency DC/DC charge pump converter. For high efficiency over a wide input voltage range, the charge pump automatically selects a conversion mode between 1.5x or 1.5x. From the 3 V input, all chips can be started with full load current.

These devices feature a power-saving pulse hopping mode at light loads, extending battery life. TPS60130 and TPS60132 include low battery comparison, TPS60131 and TPS60133 features with good power output.
