Single Cell to 3.3V 20mA Ultra-Low Quiescent Current Charging Pump

Explanation   The TPS6031X boosts the voltage, and the regulated charge pump produces an output voltage from 0.9 to 3 V to ±4% or 3.3 V to ±4% to 1.8 V input voltage (alkaline, nickel-cadmium, or nickel-metal hydride batteries). Only five small 1 uF ceramic capacitors require the establishment of a complete, high-efficiency DC/DC charge pump converter. To achieve high efficiency across a wide input voltage range, the conversion mode automatically selects between 3x or 4x of the charge pump. Output 1 (Output 1) can provide a maximum of 40 mA, from 1 to V input and output 2, (OUT 2) does not load. OUT2 can provide a maximum of 20 mA, from 1-V input, without loading OUT1.
