TPS60500 250mA adjustable (0.8V-3.3V) high-efficiency step-down charging pump

The TPS6050x device is a step-down charge pump that produces a specification for a fixed 3.3 volts, 1.8 volts, 1.5 volts, or adjustable output voltage for the home. With only four small ceramic capacitors, a complete high-efficiency DC/DC charge pump converter needs to be built. To achieve high efficiency over a wide input voltage range, the charge pump automatically selects three different conversion modes. The output can provide a maximum output current of 250 mA. Good power supervision of the output voltage and high level, the output voltage rises to 97% of its nominal value.
