El dispositivo TPS6050x es una familia de generadores de bomba de carga reductora que generan una especificación, 3.3 voltios, 1.8 voltios, 1.5 voltios o voltajes de salida ajustables. Con solo cuatro condensadores cerámicos pequeños, se requiere un convertidor completo de bomba de carga CC/CC de alta eficiencia. Para lograr una alta eficiencia en un amplio rango de voltaje de entrada, la bomba de carga selecciona automáticamente tres modos de conversión diferentes. La salida puede proporcionar una corriente de salida máxima de 250 mA. Cuando el voltaje de salida y el alto nivel de la buena función de supervisión de potencia son altos, el voltaje de salida aumenta al 97% de su valor nominal.
