TPS61031 3.3V output 1A 96% efficiency boost converter with 20uA Iq

The TPS6103x device provides a power solution for technology-enabled products, whether it is a single lithium-ion or lithium-polymer cell, or two or three alkaline, nickel-cadmium, or nickel-metal hydride batteries. The converter produces a stable output voltage, either by adjusting an external resistor divider or by being fixed inside the chip. It offers efficient power conversion and is capable of delivering output currents up to 1 A and 5 V supply voltages as low as 1.8 V The boost converter is based on a fixed frequency, pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller using a synchronous rectifier for maximum benefit. Enter power-saving mode at the low-load current converter to maintain high efficiency over a wide load current range.
