The TPS6113x device provides products powered by a single cell Li-Ion or Li-Polymer or a complete power solution for two- to four-year alkaline, NiCd or NiMH batteries. These devices can generate two regulated output voltages. It provides a simple and effective step-down boost solution that generates an input voltage of 3.3 volts to higher and lower than the output voltage. The converter provides a supply voltage with a maximum output current of 300 mA down to 1.8 V implementation, and the SEPIC converter is based on a fixed-frequency, pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller using a synchronous rectifier for maximum benefit. The maximum peak switch current at SEPIC is limited to 1600 mA.
