The TPS65010 is a battery management IC that integrates forces and is a single piece of Li-Ion or Li-Polymer battery-powered applications and requires multiple power rails. The TPS65010 provides two high-efficiency, step-down converters in the system peripherals that provide the core voltage and processor, and I/O-rails. Both buck converters are input to the widest possible light-load efficiency, low-power mode over the entire widest possible load current range. This LOW_PWR pin allows the converter to go to deep sleep when the converter goes to a deep sleep when its output voltage is lowered.
